Our Associates are responsible for engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires, while also presenting merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits of our products.

Our entire staff strives to provide a superior experience to all of our valued customers and meet individual sales goals.

Required qualifications:

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
    • Ability to work well with customers, peers and management.
    • Ability to understand and adhere to Shaw’s Jewelry standards.
    • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
    • Receive and process deposits.
    • Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate staff members.
    • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
    • Must be able to pass criminal background check for license.
